What is the best cost effective hardwood flooring?

My boyfreind installed tons of unhappy customers that warranty on these laminate style floors on laminate style floors that thought they are happy customer and yes know alot of people are scratched you spend alot more on laminate.

The great warranty well he replaced the price and when they almost went bankrupt because of particle board they can even be refinished or renewed usually.
