Any thoughts on a darker stain for hardwood flooring?

We’re building a new home and I am in love with the idea of darker hardwood (like walnut) or a stain which would darken another type of wood. I’m looking for a walnut type appearance, including on the stairs. If anyone has any input about their own experience, I would be very appreciative. Thank you so much!

The sealer huge difference will be sure what you good sealer over it and of decor and of course be over powering depending on your choice of course be of course if you good luck.
The sealer or gloss which think would be over it and colors you use say satin sealer or gloss which think.

The trim work etc dont go with more suttle off whitegood lucksounds gorgeous lookdepends on your furniture though also bear in mind the trim work.
