Generally about $2-$3 per square foot. Or for a buff and recoat it is about $1 per sq ft. Buff and recoating can be done yourself by just renting a floor buffer.

Basically to do this you buff the floor with a white pad and a 150 grit sanding screen on the buffer. This removes surface scratches and abrades the finish so that the new coating will bond to it. I suggest a dquare buffer if you have no experience with using a buffer.
