Trix_R_not_4_kids asked: I know that there is a floor wax called Murphys Wax which I can use, but my cousin suggested that I use vinegar dilluted in water instead because its cheaper, and mop with a dry mop. Is it safe to do this? Will it ruin the flooring?

try it on a small area first where it will not be seen would think wax would make it slippy,and the viniger will strip the wax off,so its up 2 u

Use Murphy Oil Soap combined with water.
Then use a clean towel to mop it dry.

A mop on a laminated floor. No get down on your knees with a nice clean damp cloth diluted with a cup of vinegar to a gallon of water, the mop makes streak marks. And think of the exercising you get doing it.

my grandma does that with her laminate flooring, and its always beautiful. she uses a mixture of 1 gallon of water to 1/2 cup vinegar.
